Galliford Try, one of the UK’s top-10 contractors, moved its regional headquarters to Queen’s Park on the Team Valley in early 2019.

Its 6,000 sqft office space is now be home to its 35 office-based staff, who now benefit from better connectivity and a higher quality office specification.

Mammoet UK

Mammoet is the global market leader in engineered heavy lifting and transport.

UK Land Estate’s development team worked with Mammoet to design and build its UK headquarters at Teesside Estate.

Mammoet UK‘s new Teesside base opened in 2018, and is positioned to support the business’ growth in the region as well as projects across the UK.

The £7.2m six-acre facility  reflects a long term commitment to providing training and employment opportunities in the Teesside area.

Over 180 UK employees are now operating out of the new facility, which consists of offices, storage, workshop space, training facilities and testing areas.

CP Lighting & Interiors

CP Lighting & Interiors’ showroom offers a stunning collection of lighting designs and solutions.

From its retail space within the Maingate parade, it offers lighting design and project consultation services, as well as a collection of designs handpicked by its buyers.

N.T.G. Precision Engineers

N.T.G. Precision Engineers  is an engineering company with an unrivalled reputation as a toolroom providing components and engineering solutions for customers across a variety of industries.

Its Team Valley facility really is the home of the company’s precision engineering excellence. Since its relocation to the site in 2010, the company has scaled its operations from 6,000sq ft to 18,000sq ft and eventually 45,000sq ft.

Its premises have also been fitted out with sophisticated 5 axis machines and industry leading energy efficient equipment, to enable its highly skilled staff to engineer and deliver components to customers nationally and internationally.

Gym etc

Gym, Spin, Swim or Spa, this members only health & leisure facility is a popular destination for workers from across the Team Valley and the wider Gateshead area.

Located in the Maingate development, next to the Premier Inn hotel, Gym etc. offers its clients a full studio schedule, personal training, latest gym equipment, machines and free weights area. On the ground floor, a hair and beauty salon, Havanna, has its own clientele, and is open to non-members too.
