UK Land Estates has a significant land bank of over 180 acres of development land within our existing estates, all of which we can readily develop on, and many with planning permissions already in place.

This growth potential means that if we don’t have a space that meets a customer’s needs, we can build it, quickly and efficiently.

We have a successful track record of new build, regeneration and refurbishment on our brownfield sites.

Our in-house developments team consists of surveyors and construction experts enabling us to deliver these development projects efficiently and to exact specifications.

They also work to update our existing property portfolio, redeveloping existing properties to meet the changing needs and demands of the market.

We believe in getting to know our clients and working closely with them, that’s why we have a Tenant Liaison Team which builds relationships and makes sure we’re supporting our clients throughout their business journey.

Our Tenant Liaison Team works closely with our clients, contacts them regularly and keeps them updated, when appropriate, of news and developments on their estate.
As a result we understand their business needs, can support business growth and periods of change and provide flexible solutions from across our extensive portfolio.

Building Our Business

UK Land Estates was started over 30 years ago, with a single commercial property unit. Since then, the business has grown exponentially transforming into the significant commercial property owner and developer it is. The business continues grow, both by developing its land bank, and through seeking new investment opportunities that align with the business strategy.

OUR PEOPLE

Our management team is based on our flagship property, Team Valley Trading Estate. It’s a team made up of specialists, each expert in their field, and working closely together.

Our mission is to provide our clients with excellent customer service and the very best property for their business.

We work hard to deliver on this commitment either by providing the best property we can from our portfolio, or building a new unit to meet their needs.
