Trinity Precision
The specialist engineering company has taken the last ‘G’ unit in the most recent phase of development at the estate.
UK Land Estates is continuing to develop on Tyne Tunnel Trading Estate, with new builds and improvements attracting young companies seeking quality industrial properties.
The latest to move onto the estate is Trinity Precision, which specialises in supplying top quality CNC machined parts to a number of sectors, one of them being Formula One.
Trinity Precision has moved into G3, a 5,691 sqft unit.
Carl Buckley, Trinity Precision’s managing director considers the move to be a strategic business decision.
“We are just four years old and yet have established an excellent reputation.
“To allow us to grow we needed what the G units offer – open plan production / distribution space, high quality open plan offices with staff facilities and so on.”
David Gibbs, developments director at UK Land Estates said:
“It is great to welcome Trinity Precision Engineering to the estate and we hope the business can grow and expand in the years to come.
“Our continued investment into the estate is paying dividends and we now have a wide range of businesses from trade to high tech engineering firms.
“With a further round of investment we will improve the aesthetics of the estate and continue to make Tyne Tunnel Estate one of the premier business locations in the North East.”
Tyne Tunnel Estate is strategically located for prime transport links both regionally, nationally and internationally.
