Based at Team Valley Trading Estate, our experienced team has worked together for a number of years, and ensures we offer quality property that meets the needs of the commercial property market. 

 

 

Chris Whitfield

Chief Executive

Chris set up the company with a single asset in the 1980s. He has been instrumental in its growth, and continues to have responsibility for the business’ strategic direction, including asset sales and purchases.

Keith Taylor

Managing Director

Keith joined UK Land Estates in 2008 having previously worked for HSBC as Corporate Banking Director for the North East. As MD he’s responsible for directing and controlling the Company’s operations.

Phil Moorin

Investment Director

Phil is a Chartered Surveyor and joined the company in 1996. With experience in public and private sector property/asset management and development roles, at UK Land Estates Phil is responsible for asset management and capital transactions within the Company.

Adrian Bartle

Construction Director

Adrian’s expertise within the construction sector is invaluable to UK Land Estates, and since joining the Company in 2000 he has overall responsibility for the procurement, management and delivery of all the company’s developments

Tim Witty

Development Director

Tim is a Chartered Surveyor with extensive experience in the planning and regeneration of brownfield sites, working on sites including shopping centres in Aberdeen and mixed use developments on the Thames River. Joining UK Land Estates in 2006, Tim oversees the Company’s development programme.

Hazel Marchant

Finance Director

Hazel is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, and has worked within finance in the property sector for most of her career. Joining UK Land Estates in 2004, she is responsible for the Company’s financial affairs.

David Finnigan

Director, Investment

David is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS member with a career background of advising private and public sector clients on their property assets. Joining UK Land Estates in 2012, David is responsible for the core strategy of the Company’s asset portfolio.

David Gibbs

Commercial Director

David joined the business in 2009 after previously working within the IT industry. As Commercial Director, he is responsible for all lease transactions, as well as managing the marketing and IT functions.

Brandon Bailey

Project Director

Brandon has been working at UK Land Estates since 2008. A qualified construction manager, he is responsible for delivering a wide range of  projects from inception through completion.
