Intersect 19 was awarded Commercial Development of the Year 2018 in the North East Property Awards.
The project was one of the first speculative developments at the Tyne Tunnel Trading Estate in North Tyneside since the financial crisis in 2008.
High quality industrial space totalling more than 50,000 sq ft was built.
Intersect 19 is now home to Pryme Group, with opportunities still available for the next phase
